Suites and Views

Roxboro House has a variety of suite floor plans ranging from one bedroom and den to three bedrooms and den penthouses. With only a few exceptions, every suite has a balcony. There is a refuse chute for tower residents, and recycling in the loading dock. Two elevators service the building, with one of them backing onto the loading dock for convenience during moves and renovations. There is no gas service to the individual units and no post tension within the building structure. All suites have air conditioning, hot water radiators, and pneumatically controlled thermostats. Given the large floor plans, many Roxboro House suites have undergone significant renovations over the years.
