Party Room

The Roxboro House party room is on the first floor, just past the pool entrance along the southern corridor hallway. This large multi-purpose space is available to residents for booking private events. The room is WiFi enabled and has a boardroom table along with a 65” 4k Smart/Roku TV, laptop and video camera/speaker bar for full video conferencing abilities. Furniture may be configured as you please and room also features a kitchen with fridge, microwave, and a bar with a sink. Room occupancy is 59 persons.
